"Service" refers to watch repair and restoration work offered by Suwannika. "User" or "you" refers to any person using this website or engaging our services. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Suwannika. "Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a form on this website or engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Service Description
Suwannika provides watch repair services including battery and seal replacement, movement servicing, and heritage restoration, delivered from our studio at 96 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. Services are available to clients within Thailand and, where arranged, to those sending watches from abroad.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting enquiries, and to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our contact form.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, remains the property of Suwannika unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior permission.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is listed in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon collection of your watch, unless otherwise agreed. Should additional work be identified beyond the original scope, we will discuss and confirm this with you before proceeding.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Service timelines vary by tier: a Battery & Seal Refresh typically takes a few days, a Movement Service one to two weeks, and a Heritage Restoration three to five weeks, including an observation period. Timelines may extend if complications are found during examination, and we will keep you informed of any change.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for watches with pre-existing or undisclosed damage. Recommendations provided are based on our professional assessment and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Suwannika against claims arising from inaccurate information provided by you or from misuse of this website.
11. Termination
Either party may withdraw from a service arrangement prior to work commencing. Once a service has begun, cancellation is subject to discussion regarding work already carried out.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion with our studio, and if unresolved, shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
13. General Provisions
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Suwannika regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
